Derako® Solid Linear Wall

The solid wood linear wall system is a wood solution in its most natural form. A wide range of wood species is available, all with their own characteristics. Various panel widths can be combined, creating a unique look.

The linear wall system consists of solid wooden panels on a specially developed subframe. This construction consists of an anodised aluminium SLR profile, which, depending on the specific project, comes with boreholes for fastening a patented stainless clip. The panels are supplied in various lengths, but upon request, fixed lengths are also possible. The ends of the panels are connected to each other by a pre-tooled end tongue-and-groove joint. Different sizes and types of wood can be combined.

Technical Details

For the linear wall system, the panels can be produced with a width ranging from a minimum of 63 mm to a maximum of 140 mm. This system is completely demountable. The minimum joint size is 12 mm. For the fixed system, the panels can be produced with a maximum width of 185 mm. Various panel widths, thicknesses, and joint sizes can be combined in one system.
The panels are invisibly fitted by means of a specially developed sub frame, consisting of an anodised aluminium profile provided with cut-outs for the attachment of steel clips.
