Derako® Solid Grill BaseLine

The Solid Grill BaseLine system consists of wooden slats that are secured to each other with an aluminium dowel. These assembled slats form the grill panel, which can be selected from four wood types and in a number of configurations.

Grill BaseLine is an economically attractive wooden ceiling solution, without any concessions in terms of quality, with four wood types. The assembled grill panels consist of solid wood slats that are attached to each other using black aluminium dowels.

You can choose from a number of sizes for the thickness, height, and spacing of the slats. Three fixed lengths for the grill panel are available. The connection between the grill panels is quickly realised via the half-lap dowel connection. This allows you to create a visually even surface and a smooth appearance.

Technical Details

The grill ceiling system consists of wooden slats that are connected with an aluminium dowel and assembled into grill panels. The suspension system is a black Cross-Lock system with special black clips. With this clip, the dowel is connected to the carrier. The dowel clips ensure an invisible, dimensionally stable, and sturdy connection between the Cross-Lock profile and the grill panel. The male/female connection creates a seamless joint between the grills.
The Grill BaseLine panels are available in the following three lengths:
1790 mm, with a panel surface of +/- 0.815 m²
1190 mm, with a panel surface of +/- 0.542 m²
590 mm, with a panel surface of +/- 0.269 m²
