Natural wood elegance shaping a striking interior experience

The transformation of Torres Ágora in Madrid focuses on natural materials and strong architectural design. Hunter Douglas Architectural supplied 1,200 m² of Derako® veneered linear systems, used on both ceilings and walls in a warm chestnut finish. The distinctive spiked design creates a striking look, adding depth and character to the renewed interior spaces.

The renovation turns the former office towers into a more open, accessible and user-friendly environment. New flexible workspaces and shared facilities have been introduced to support modern ways of working. The wood systems help create a warm and consistent atmosphere, while exterior-grade MDF elements provide durability and ensure a unified design throughout the building.

The project also meets high standards for sustainability and performance. Torres Ágora has achieved certifications such as LEED BD+C Core & Shell Gold, WELL Core Gold, WELL Health & Safety, WiredScore Gold and SmartScore, making it a strong example of modern office redevelopment.
